2. Platform Role
FrameFund acts solely as an intermediary technology platform connecting creators and buyers.
All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways and are routed in accordance with platform policies.
FrameFund does not hold or invest user funds beyond standard payment processing cycles and does not operate a user wallet.
3. Purchases and Rewards
Buyers purchase rewards offered by creators on the Platform.
These purchases are not investments and do not create any expectation of financial returns.
Creators are solely responsible for delivering rewards and executing their projects.
4. Project Transparency
Creators may share updates, milestones, and progress information with buyers for transparency purposes.
Such updates do not constitute any guarantee of project completion or timelines.
5. Creator Responsibility
Creators are solely responsible for:

- Use of funds received from orders

6. Payments
All payments are processed via certified payment gateways.
FrameFund does not store payment credentials and does not hold or invest user funds beyond standard payment processing cycles.
Any fees charged by the Platform will be disclosed transparently.
7. Refunds and Disputes
Refunds, cancellations, and dispute handling are governed by platform policies and depend on milestone progress and reward fulfillment status.
Users can raise disputes via support@framefund.co, and final resolution timelines may depend on payment partner and banking processes.
8. Risk Disclosure
Projects may be delayed, modified, or not completed.
By purchasing, buyers acknowledge and accept these risks.
9. Limitation of Liability
FrameFund is not liable for:
- Project outcomes
- Creator actions
- Reward delivery issues
10. User Identification
Users agree to provide accurate information as required by payment partners and applicable laws.
